Tata Electronics signs MoU with ASML for semiconductor manufacturing in India

Tata Electronics has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ASML, a leading Dutch company specializing in photolithography systems for semiconductor manufacturing. This collaboration aims to enhance the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem in India, particularly with a significant investment directed toward the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) in Gujarat. The partnership signifies a strategic step forward in India's ambition to bolster its semiconductor manufacturing capacity and reduce dependence on imports for these critical components.
