India's First Semiconductor Plant By Vedanta-Foxconn Finalises Address In Dholera SIR, Gujarat

India's semiconductor landscape has taken a significant step forward as Vedanta-Foxconn has finalized the location for its first semiconductor manufacturing plant in Dholera SIR, Gujarat. This project aims to establish a major manufacturing hub for semiconductor chips, vital for various sectors including electronics, automotive, and telecommunications. Dholera, which was envisaged as a world-class industrial city, is now set to play a pivotal role in reshaping India's position in the global semiconductor supply chain.
