The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is currently investigating a land scam valued at ₹2,676 crores involving Nexa Evergreen, a company reportedly misusing the name of Dholera Smart City to dupe individuals and investors. The allegations against Nexa Evergreen suggest that the firm has engaged in fraudulent activities, capitalizing on the growing interest in Dholera SIR as an emerging investment opportunity.
